Please could all visitors and players to the club use the 'Track and Trace' function on our United Polo app (the direct link through to this is on the screen below this message), and have a screen shot or copy of it ready to show to Covid officials at the club, please note these have to be redone every time you come to the club as are only valid for 24 hours at a time.  

Any one that has the NHS Covid App, if they can also then scan our QR Code and 'check in to venue' once at the club, or be manually logged in by a club official.
